The practically-oriented flexible machine modular design concept for automatic sausage-, ham-, bacon and cheese lines works with very high production speeds and minimum personnel deployment.

Our computer-controlled machinery systems combine the advantages of fully automatic, stable, high-tech, high-speed slicers made from high-grade stainless steel, incorporating all of the concepts desired by the customer – including the associated packaging machine.

Special requirements regarding the portions are obvious, such as:
  • with and without separating product types,
  • circular-portioning,
  • turning,
  • folding,
  • inverting,
  • interleaving,
  • underleaving,
  • overlapping,
  • or the production of shaved meat.

The product logs - or loaves - taken from upstream manual or automatic systems are processed, sliced and weighed, then automatically fed or loaded, pre-formatted, into the packing machine.

The degree of automation, production capacity, presentation of packages and the entire custom-made solution for its marketing strategy are agreed specified in close coordination with the customer.

The following data illustrate the capacity of our slicing and packaging machines:
  • Slicing capacity: up to 6.000 slices per minute
  • Packaging capacity: up to 108.000 packages per work shift
  • Production capacity: up to 45.000 kg per day

Using these fully automatic production systems in food industries provides a higher quality of both workplaces and end products. And, due to considerable rationalization effects, these end products may be offered to consumers at much more favourable prices.
